Return Policy



At Shinystar we want satisfied parents, so we have simple return and cancelleation policy to take care of our customers and helping them in taking care of their babies.

We provide 30 days free return for unused products with tags intact. Shinystar has right to reject the return request if the product looks used. There are some products which we do not return if it is opened such as breast pumps, nipples, baby food etc for hygiene reasons.


Shinystar will refund the shipping charges of 50Rs for returning the product. You will get this refund after we receive the product. Once the returned product is accepted then you will get 100% refund amount inform of voucher worth of product price.


You can cancel any of your order before order is shipped and then you will get 100% cash back. If you want to cancel your shipped order then you have use the return policy.

Incorrect Product Delivery

In case incorrect product is delivered we will refund the entire product cost plus shipping charges for returning back the product. We request you to keep the products unopened in this case.

How to Return Product?

On our website there is an option for returning the product. You can return the products within 30 days from the purchase date.

  1. Login to www.shinystar.in

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Click on the ORDER REFERENCE of the order which you want to return.

  4. Scroll down to Merchandise return section and select the products you wish to return and click the Make an RMA slip button.

  5. The returns will be authorized by the sales executive and contact you via email or phone calls.
